EARLY TERMINATION
If a member elects to cancel prior to completion of the six (6) month minimum commitment, the member will be responsible for either (a) the remaining membership payments due through the end of the initial term, or (b) the retail value of membership benefits utilized in excess of payments made, whichever is greater. Emergency Fix reserves the right to waive early termination fees at its sole discretion in cases of medical necessity or other extenuating circumstances.
Emergency Fix may waive early termination fees in cases of:
medical contraindication
pregnancy
relocation outside service area
other circumstances at physician discretion
